OMO IKIGAI Wellness Club Guest Guidelines

An oasis of tranquility and renewal, where comfort, peace, and respect for others are a shared responsibility.

Visiting OMO

  • We recommend arriving 20 minutes before the start of your visit to allow ample time to prepare.
  • In case of late arrival, the duration of your visit or treatment may be adjusted.
  • Certain areas of OMO may be temporarily unavailable during private treatments and rituals.
  • Guests aged 14 to 18 may visit OMO only when accompanied by an adult.
  • On the last weekend of each month, OMO welcomes you and your family to enjoy our Family format. Parents or accompanying adults are responsible for the safety, behavior, and supervision of children. (coming soon)
  • Every Thursday, OMO offers a Men's Day format.

Health & Safety

  • OMO treatments and practices are wellness-focused and do not constitute medical services, diagnosis, or treatment.
  • Before using the banya, hammam, or ofuro, or participating in treatments, practices, or rituals, please inform the OMO team of any known contraindications, allergies, pregnancy, injuries, recent surgeries, or other health conditions.
  • If you have any health conditions that may be incompatible with exposure to high or low temperatures, contrast procedures, or physical exertion, we recommend consulting a physician in advance.
  • During your treatment, please let your specialist know if you experience any discomfort or a change in how you feel.
  • An OMO specialist may adjust, decline to begin, or discontinue a treatment, practice, or ritual if the guest's condition or other circumstances may pose a risk to their health or safety.
  • In wet areas, please move carefully, refrain from running, and wear appropriate footwear.

Comfort & Respect for the Space

  • Visiting OMO under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not permitted.
  • Please maintain a quiet atmosphere: set your mobile phone to silent mode and refrain from loud conversations.
  • Photographing or recording other guests without their consent is not permitted.
  • Personal photography and videography on your phone are permitted provided they do not compromise the privacy, peace, or comfort of other guests.
  • Commercial and professional photography and videography at OMO are permitted only with prior approval from the Marketing Department.
  • Please refrain from bringing outside food or beverages. Kitchen by OMO and our functional bar are available on site.
  • OMO cosmetic products are used during treatments as part of a holistic experience. Please refrain from using your own cosmetic products.
  • We love animals, but we kindly ask you to leave your pets at home.

Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellation

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the start of your visit.
  • In the event of cancellation less than 24 hours before your visit or a no-show, no refund will be issued.
  • In case of late arrival, the duration of your treatment, practice, ritual, or visit may be shortened without any adjustment to the price.
  • If OMO is unable to provide the scheduled visit, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund of the amount paid.

Personal Belongings

  • Please use the individual lockers to store your personal belongings and avoid leaving valuables unattended.

Air Raid Alerts

  • In the event of an air raid alert, please follow the instructions of the OMO team and proceed to the nearest shelter — the transport infrastructure facility at Hydropark Metro Station.
  • If your visit or treatment is interrupted by an air raid alert, the OMO team will offer options to resume or reschedule it, taking into account the format of the visit and the portion of the service already provided.

OMO Management

  • The OMO team reserves the right to deny access to the space, decline to begin, or terminate a visit if a guest's condition or behavior poses a risk to their own safety, the team, or other guests, or in the event of non-compliance with the OMO Guest Guidelines.
